Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We will always use the most economical and fastest shipping routes that we can provide in order to keep costs low and get your order to you as quickly as possible. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: 

  • Processing time: A combination of order verification, tailoring, and quality checking is executed before all orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch. The manufacturers process the orders typically within 3 business days.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders, after processing and leaving the warehouse, usually take between 6-9 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. International delivery usually takes about 9-11 business days.

We will always keep you up to date on your order status so you never have to worry!


For Pre-Ordered Or Back-Ordered Items


If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available.

So if you ordered more than one item in a single order and received only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.


Wrong Address Disclaimer


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there’s always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.

Lost/Stolen Packages


Auri is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier associated with the information provided to you on the Tracking page.
